AC Pro Furnace & AC System with Tankless Water Heater
We replaced the old water heater and installed a Navien 210A tankless water heater with an onboard recirculation system to provide efficient, continuous hot water. For the home’s heating and cooling, we added a new AC Pro furnace and air conditioning system, paired with brand-new ductwork and supply grills for optimal performance. To ensure even comfort in every room, we also incorporated manual dampers within the ductwork to balance airflow throughout the home.
Heat-Pump Package Unit Installation in Sound Studio
For this project, we completed a fresh installation of a heat-pump package unit specifically designed for a professional sound studio. To ensure quiet operation, we hard-ducted the central system and incorporated soft duct connections to prevent vibrations from transferring into the recording booths. The setup also included a dual-zoned configuration, providing independent climate control for both the sound room and the sound engineer’s room for maximum comfort and noise isolation.
